Introduction and Acceptance

9.3 Jurisdiction

To the extent that any matter is not subject to arbitration, you consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in Metro Manila, Philippines for the resolution of any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the ph668 platform.

Amendments to These Terms

ph668 reserves the right to modify, update, or replace these Terms at any time at its sole discretion.
